Service with a smile!
To make your visit to Mall of the Emirates a memorable and care free experience we offer an array of services specially designed to help you shop with ease.
Visitors to Mall of the Emirates can make use of these services by contacting any of the four Customer Service Desks, conveniently located on the Ground and First floor.
Information Desks are located on:

• (ground level) Gate 1 (Parking entrance D)
• (ground level) Gate 2 (Parking entrance C)
• (first level) At the Metro Link
• (ground level) Gate 4 (Parking entrance A)

Baby Changing Facilities
These facilities are available in all the mall’s washroom areas. There are also comfortable seating areas for mothers and fathers seeking to attend to their baby’s needs.

Baby Carts 
Baby Carts can be rented through Kiddie Kruzzer, located on the Ground level parking entrances A, C & D.

Car Jumper Service 
In case you need to jump start your car, kindly contact our traffic team to assist you.

Car Rental
Services are available from Thrifty located on the Ground level, parking entrance C.

Car Wash Service
Car wash services are available on all parking levels for a set fee.

Courier Services
Services are available through DHL, which is located on the Ground level, parking entrance

Currency & Exchange service
This service is conveniently located at each mall gate

Dubai Police Payment Machine
Located at the metro link on the First level.

Etisalat Payment Machine
An Etisalat Payment machine is located on the First level, parking entrance D.

DU Payment Machine
A DU payment machine is located on the First level, near metro link.

Free Wifi service 
Avail from free Wifi service at your convenience throughout the mall

Gift Cards
Sold at all Customer Service Desks across the mall for a minimum of AED 50. Gift Cards have an activation fee of AED 7 and can be used at all Majid Al Futtaim shopping malls.

Hands Free Shopping 
Drop off your shopping bags at the Hands Free collection desks, located on the Ground level at Gates A, C and D, and have them safely stored for collection or delivered to your car, home or hotel

Lost & Found Assistance
For assistance, go to any of the four Customer Service Desks across the mall.

Luggage Storage Facility
Luggage can be stored free of charge during mall hours. Shopping bags cannot be stored. Located at the metro link Customer Service Desk on the First floor.

Mall Directory
Mall directories are located at each major entrance as well as throughout the mall.

Mobile Phone Recharging
Portable mobile phone charging devices are available at all Customer Service Desks. (for certain mobile brands only). This service is free of charge.

Park Assist Machines 
Machines are located across all the entrance gates around the mall.

Parking for Determined persons
There are designated parking spots for persons with physically challenge located close to the mall entrance at gates.

Parking for expectant mothers
We provide designated parking spots for expected mothers to easy their shopping experience

Photocopy Service
This service is available at the main Customer Service Desk, close to Carrefour, in color or black & white.

Prayer Rooms for Men & Women
There are 2 prayer rooms located on the Third level of the Galleria.

Shuttle Bus Service
A complimentary shuttle bus will pick up and drop off hotel guests from key hotels located around Dubai. Contact Customer Service for more details.

Store Guide (Store Map)
Mall guides listing all stores and services in the mall are offered to our customers in four languages; English, Arabic, Russian and Chinese. These are available at Customer Service Desks, as well as distributed throughout the mall.

The Big Bus and City Sightseeing 
For more information, kindly proceed to Ground level (Gate D) for Big Bus or Ground level (Gate A) for City Sightseeing

Taxis drop-off and pick-up
The taxi operates from:

• Taxi drop-off and pick-up area at the Ski Dubai entrance (Ground level)
• Taxi drop-off and pick-up area near Carrefour and Centre Point (Ground level)

VIP Drop-off
The VIP drop off area is located on the Ground level between Debenhams and Harvey Nichols.

Valet Parking
Valet parking is available at the north (VIP) and Fashion Dome entrance to the Main Galleria adjacent to Car Park Entrance B first level, and at Car Park Entrance B on the ground level for a nominal fee.

VIP Valet Parking Lounge 
Located at Level 1 at the Fashion Dome entrance and offering a relaxed ambiance with complimentary refreshments to valet parking guests. 

Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available free of charge at all the Customer Service Desks, based on availability.
